House is унэ in both dialects; room is пэш in Kabardian and унэ шъхьаф in Adyghe; door is бжэ and пчъэ.
These are the words of the Circassian app’s “Around the House” unit in Kabardian (East Circassian) and Adyghe (West Circassian). One of them is a piece of the traditional home rather than of a modern flat: the low round table.

The round table. The app teaches Iэнэ (Kabardian) and Iанэ (Adyghe) for “table”. The Kabardian–Russian dictionary defines Iэнэ as a low round table on three legs (p. 640), and the app’s Adyghe dictionary gives Iанэ as a round table.
